Digital Innovation for Development
Digital Innovation for Development (DI4D) builds on Thomas More's English taught Digital Innovation programme and transforms it into a co created, practice oriented, innovative track focused on advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The programme brings real world challenges, especially from partners in Cuba, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, directly into the curriculum through Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Work Integrated Learning (WIL), ensuring solutions are beneficial for local communities.
DI4D strengthens digital skills and innovation capacity, promotes inclusive participation with a particular focus on women and learners with fewer opportunities. It fosters long term collaborations across academia, civil society, government, and the private sector.
